Initially thought a call out was needed for my mother in laws recliner chair. David came back to me very quickly advising he could attend the same or next day. I worked out the issue was with the hand control and without needing a visit, he explained clearly what i needed to do to resolve the problem. The chair is now working again. I love the fact that he didn't try to press an unnecessary visit on us yet resolved the problem. Thank you.
