All repairs are subject to a £84 call-out fee and £30 fitting per visit, with parts priced separately where required.
All prices are approximations and are calculated based on a 30-mile radius to the south of the River Thames.
Process
During the initial assessment, I will aim to resolve the issue using the parts I carry or without the need for additional components. If the furniture is stuck in a reclined position, I will safely return it to its normal position and ensure it is secure.
If the repair cannot be completed on the first visit, I will source the required parts and provide you with a quote.
The call-out and full diagnosis is £84, which also covers any repair that does not require parts.
If parts are needed, the cost is simply the part plus a £30 fitting fee.
If a return visit is required, £42 will be deducted from the final total.
