All prices are approximations and are calculated based on a 30-mile radius to the south of the River Thames.

Process

During the initial assessment, I will attempt to fix the issue using only the parts I have on hand or without any additional components. If the furniture is unable to return from the reclined position, I will lower it and ensure it is secured properly.

Should the repair not be successful, I will promptly search for the necessary parts online and provide you with an immediate estimate.

The initial assessment, call-out fee, and any repair work that doesn’t require parts will cost £84. If parts are needed and you decide to go ahead with the repair, £42 will be deducted from the final total. Alternatively, if you’re happy to proceed with just lowering and securing the furniture, the cost will remain £84.
