All repairs are subject to a £75 + VAT call-out fee and £30 + VAT repair/fitting fee per visit, with parts priced separately where required.
All prices are approximations and are calculated based on a 30-mile radius to the south of the River Thames.
Process
During the initial visit, I will assess the fault and, where possible, complete the repair using the parts I carry in stock or without the need for replacement parts.
If the furniture is stuck in a reclined position, I will safely return it to its normal position and ensure it is secure.
If the repair cannot be completed during the first visit, I will identify the parts required, source them, and provide you with a clear quote before proceeding.
The call-out, inspection and full diagnosis is £90 (£75 + VAT). This also covers any repair that can be completed without replacement parts.
If parts are required, the cost is simply the parts used plus a £36 (£30 + VAT) fitting fee.
Should a return visit be required, £37.50 will be deducted from the final repair cost, as this is half of the original inspection fee before VAT.
