Warranty & Repairs Policy
All new components supplied and installed by Recliner Repairs 24/7 come with a 12-month warranty.
Used components are covered by a 6-month warranty.
This warranty covers faults due to manufacturing defects only. Parts must be used correctly and not subjected to misuse, damage, or neglect.
If a part fails within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced at no cost.
The warranty period runs from the original installation date and is not extended by any replacement parts.
Claims should be reported as soon as possible. Any additional damage caused by continued use after a fault has developed may not be covered.
If the originally installed component is functioning correctly and a different part has failed, a £84 call-out fee will apply. If you choose to proceed, parts and a £30 fitting fee will be charged as normal.
